Went here for the first time today at the recommendation of the Pet People in LG who said this was the place for all things reptile. I had found a western fence lizard in my garage, alive but not moving, and wanted to try to save him since it's so cold outside, figured I'd need a little terrarium and basking lamp or something (I know nothing of reptiles). Talked to the owner, who was super friendly, and gave me lots of advice on how to help the little lizard. Rather than pushing to make a sale, he recommended what was best for the lizard and also for me! Such a nice guy and great resource. I'll shop here as well from now on!!!

This place is so cool! We went to and check on snakes and other reptiles. They are amazing! The ladies there are so helpful and helped showed us snake and rat. We even get to hold one. Really awesome place and definitely cool to come check it out! Highly recommend!

One of the only places in the bay area that has pet mice that isn't PetSmart. Staff was amazing at helping us pick our mice and even recommended some food. Walked out with 3 mice a giant bag of rat food and a happy girlfriend for only $28.

What a wonderful store, people in customer service are kind and knowledgeable. They have the coolest animals, wish I could just spend the whole day watching those cuties. Thank you for having such an awesome store.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We bought a new baby rat. The staff helped us pick one. My ten year old daughter is very happy to have a new pet! Thanks a lot to them!

The staff is knowledgeable, absolutely friendly, and has great stuff stocked! I get my crickets and dog supplies here, everything is organized and not once have I had a bad experience. I'd completely recommend for any of your pets.
